  Very good food most of the time, but sometimes the fries taste like they were dipped back in the fryer or they are just cold. Also I hate places that charge debit fees. The business should pay that, not the customer. But most of the time it's good. More like 3.5 Stars but that isn't an option so I'll give 4.

  Went today and got shack fries and half the container was empty and had them put on shredded chesse instead of the nacho chesse and it coated an extra dollar and no BBQ sauce on it and had cold slaw in it as well and no fork to eat it with so I guess when he's got that sign that says extra you gotta pay for everything extra. Best suggestion is to go to oinkys they give u more food for your money anyways.

  I moved here from Memphis about 4 years ago, so I know good bbq!! This is my favorite place to get bbq in this town! First off the owner is there alot and I like to see someone take pride in there buisness! The bbq is usually great & the employees are really nice!! The only thing I don't like is that when u get it home the bun is soggy because they put the slaw on the bottom!? I will be back......
